CharterPath - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the CharterPath mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CharterPath provides study materials for the CFA® Program. The App is an educational tool designed to assist candidates in their preparation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Access: Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days). You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CharterPath or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the content. Using this App does not guarantee a passing score on any exam.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CharterPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
